What class should I start with for a new puppy?

Accepted Answer

Puppies aged 8 to 16 weeks start in our Puppy Program for healthy socialization, confidence-building, and foundation skills. Puppies who have aged out move into Key Skills. There's no set order to the modules, so you can start with whichever one runs next.

Question 3

Do I have to commit to the same class time every week?

Accepted Answer

No. Our start-anytime model lets you come whenever your week allows. Every weekday cycles through every module, so you can attend on different days and still complete the full curriculum with nothing missed. Prefer a routine? Keep one weekly slot instead. Either way, credits don't expire for six months.

Question 4

How do Advanced Badge Classes work?

After a quick readiness check — a short video of your dog, or one Key Skills class assessed in person — you work through our badge catalogue and earn a $5 reward credit for every badge your dog masters. Completing all six Key Skills modules also clears you straight into Badge Classes.

Do you help with reactivity, anxiety, or aggression?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For reactivity, separation anxiety, aggression, or other complex behaviour, book a behaviour consult and we'll follow up with a plan. For focused one-on-one goals at your own pace, private lessons are also available.
